Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to offer refunds. You will be eligible for a store credit for the full amount or an exchange. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order AFTER the 24 hours period, we won't be able to offer a refund. We will provide you with a store credit or an exchange.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, shipping, cancellation and other applicable fees.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be
- Disassembled and in the original packaging.
- With all screws and parts.
- No damages.

- Custom Items.
- Flat box items.
How do I exchange/return an item?

Cost of picking up an item for exchange or store credit- We can pick up the returned item from your house for the cost of $50 that will be deducted from the full exchange / store credit amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs/delivery costs for returning your item.
